I work at the management of our family company INOXTECK – CHATZIMARIANOS BROS.
Company, an innovative medium-scale industry with activity in the wider area of
Balkans. The object of the company is the processing of stainless steel sheets
steel as a raw material for the production of storage tanks and product processing
primary sector. More specifically, the majority of the projects we implement are:
Winery equipment with stainless tanks for red and white winemaking,
fermentation, storage and stabilization.
Oil mill equipment with stainless oil storage tanks and with bands
transportation.
Equipment for milk production and processing units with storage silos
milk jugs, milk kettles and ice trays.
Construction of sheds for storage of primary products and placement of agricultural
machines.
In addition to the construction sector, the company is also active in its sectors
trading of parts-machines and the provision of services to other construction companies
businesses:
Purchase of goods or other objects, with the intention of selling them in initial or
processed form, which are additional – necessary equipment for the
units we equip.
Provision of services to other businesses using our own transport
means of transportation of goods and raw materials.
Allocation of privately owned storage spaces to other businesses for preservation purposes
of their own goods and raw materials.
During my studies, I participated in the research project: <Research and technical support
of the DEWA of Ioannina in order to improve and adapt the restoration study of the HADA
Ioannina in new data from changes in the relief and in other parameters of > with
scientifically responsible Mr. Athanasios Geitonas, professor of the Department of Rural &
and surveying engineering of AUTH. The project was carried out over two time periods from
10/12/2012 to 31/12/2012 and from 09/04/2013 to 31/05/2013.
In addition, I participated in the conduct of scientific research with the object of its study
anaerobic fermentation of manure, which was carried out in collaboration with the LABORATORY
OF HYDRAULIC WORKS & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, belonging to the Department of RURAL &
SURVEYING ENGINEERING of AUTH and the construction company CHATZIMARIANOS BROS.
COMPANY. All experiments and data collection were performed at its facilities
above company. A scientific study was written on this research entitled:
<ANAEROBIC DIGESTION FOR TREATMENT AND UTILIZATION OF LIQUID CATTLE MANURE>
in which I was
one of theuthors.
This study was presented at the 4th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT,
ENGINEERING, PROGRAMMING AND FINANCE (Fourth International Conference on
Environmental Management, Engineering, Planning and Economics (CEMERE 2013) and SECOTOX
Conference), which took place in Mykonos in June 2013.

Organization and management of human resources
I believe that a very important role for any human-centered action is played by
way of communicating ideas and the continuous motivation of all participants. The
supervisor should seek the positive psychology of employees and to them
constantly cultivates interest in the correct performance of their duties. With this
way all together as a single whole and each individually with motivation and a positive attitude,
we contribute the maximum to achieve the goals and the overall end result is the
best possible.
Computer program management
As a student, after completing several assignments, which required many
calculations and display of results in graphs, I gained excellent knowledge in
use of EXCEL and MATLAB programs. MATLAB, which was a major part of
the taught material of the IT course, is a programming environment that
solves mathematical problems related to engineering. Using EXCEL, as one
program with the possibility of infinite consecutive calculations and displaying them in graphs
and tables, I prepared papers in the courses NUMERICAL ANALYSIS, MECHANICAL
LABORATORY, HEATING, INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES.
I have a lot of experience in using the AUTOCAD 2D design program. This program
was used to prepare assignments in the courses MECHANICAL DRAWING I & II and
in MACHINE COMPONENTS I & II, for drawing the mechanical drawings of the parts,
which make up more complex and complex engineering constructions. AUTOCAD 2D is
a quite useful program for cutting the pieces. In a large crowd
of cutting operations, the pieces to be cut are first designed in AUTOCAD 2D, then the
design file is imported into the cutting machine’s brain and finally the process is executed
automatically by the cutting machine.
During the period of my studies I participated in interactive – educational seminars and
information days. With my participation in these actions I acquired the basic knowledge about
application of specific software and programs. Learning how to perform
of some of these software was not included in the curriculum of the department
where I was studying, but nevertheless I considered it essential in my later professional life
course as an engineer. Specifically, I took part in the following seminars:

An area that also particularly concerned me was that of vocational rehabilitation.
I concluded that the Greek university though provided a satisfactory range
knowledge, did not provide sufficient information in this area. So I decided to
participate in information days to form a first opinion about the professions
rights and the possibilities of the Mechanical Engineer but also for its requirements
for the labor market.
