RED WINE VINIFICATOR
The red wine vinification tanks are special constructions with
their production process to be complicated, as
there are stems and residues which must be removed.
They are made of stainless steel (AISI 304)
with surface treatment (BA) mirror, which facilitates
cleaning the tank. They are designed to use inert gas (nitrogen) and can be equipped with automation
for the production process.
They are manufactured in the dimensions desired by the buyer and their possible capacity ranges from 1,000 to 100,000
liters.

The tanks of this category are made of stainless steel (AISI304) with external treatment (fioretattura), they are equipped with high efficiency cooling jackets, safety equipment, components for product management and instruments for controlling the production process. All tanks have a provision for inert gas (nitrogen) supply, while specific models of winemakers are equipped with automation systems to carry out the production process.
