Tanks of this category are suitable for the vinification of white varieties and the fermentation and storage of all types of wine.

They are made of stainless steel (AISI 304) with mirror surface treatment (BA), which facilitates the cleaning of the tank. They are equipped with cooling jackets and all required equipment for production control. Also, provision is made for the use of inert gas (nitrogen).

They are manufactured in the dimensions desired by the buyer and their possible capacity ranges from 500 to 100,000 liters.
