Milk receiving and storage tank with a conical bottom of 15 degrees and bearing on legs. The insulation of the tank is realized with materials of very low thermal conductivity and covered with an outer shell fully welded. To maintain the temperature, high performance cooling jackets are applied while the operating pressure is atmospheric. Standard equipment includes full exhaust, side hatch, roof vent, station indicator and CIP. The stirring of the product is performed by a special type lateral stirrer, thus ensuring its homogenization.
